Start = Kanata Town Centre. Cycle north along Donald B. Munro Dr then west along Kinburn Side Rd to Pakenham for lunch at Bridges Bar and Grill (2496 County Rd 29, ph. 613-624-5939, bridgesbarandgrill.ca) or drinks and fresh-baked goods from the Pakenham General Store (2524 County Rd 29, ph. 613-624-5280 pakenhamgeneralstore.ca). Return to KTC along Blakeney Rd, Panmure Rd, Carp Rd through Carp and Old Carp Rd.
