As a general rule KNBC does not accept guest riders. However, the club recognizes there are circumstances which would enhance membership satisfaction and guests will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Space being available;
  
• The guest is sponsored by a club member who assures the club that the guest is a competent group cyclist;
  
• The sponsoring club member will send their request to the Tour Director at least 48 hours in advance of the tour;
  
• The guest completes the club waiver form and submits it via email to the Tour Director who will advise the Tour Leader;
  
• The Tour Leader accepts the guest rider at least 24 hours in advance of the ride. The Tour Leader has the right to refuse a guest rider;
  
• The sponsoring member registers for and accompanies the guest rider on the ride;
• Club members have priority and guests may be bumped if a ride fills up.
