Start = Centrepointe. Cycle south along Borrisokane Rd through Barrhaven then east along Barnsdale Rd to Manotick. Return to Centrepointe along Spratt Rd, over the Vimy Memorial Bridge back to Barrhaven then north along Woodroffe Ave.
