Start = Kanata Town Centre. Cycle to Manotick via Iber, Abbott, Shea and east along Barnsdale Rd. Return to KTC along Barnsdale Rd through Twin Elm, Steeple Hill Cres through Fallowfield and north along Terry Fox Dr and Castlefrank Rd. Lunch options include Miller's Oven, or Take Another Bite, located right next to the Miller's Oven.
